Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges: 

For Orders all over India: Nominal Shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated based on the destination.

2. Delivery Time: Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order.

Within Maharashtra: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of India: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location.

2. How to track your order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your email-id to monitor the status of your shipment. Please keep a check on shipping status and keep yourself available when it arrives.

4. Shipping Carrier: We use reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Speed post.

5. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. What if my orders gets delayed, lost in the transit?  If due to some unavoidable circumstances the order gets lost or is sent back, we will try to ship new package at priority.  In case the order gets delayed or is sent back due to the mistake in address or contact no, then the customer alone shall be held responsible. We will reship a new package on the correct address, provided you pay additional fee of back shipping and forward shipping. This fee could range from   Rs 120 to Rs 150.
